15 min Policy
Late
I understand things happen and you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text and let me know. If you are going to be more than 15min late, I may not be able to complete the full service you booked and you may need to reschedule.
*If you are more than 10 minutes late, without informing me, you will be charged an additional $10
Call Before Appointment Time
Cancellation
If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please call at least 1 hour before your appointment time. If you are not feeling good or have a fever, please stay home. If you inform me before your appointment there will be no charge.
*If you let me know after your appointment time or within 1 hour of your appointment you will be charged the full amount for services booked at your next appointment.
Exceptions are at my discretion.
Without letting me know
No Show
If you do not show up for your appointment and you do not let me know nor return my messages/phone calls you will be charged the full price of the services booked at your next appointment.
Covid-19 Precautions
If you do not follow policy your appointment may be denied or rescheduled
All Clients
Please be in good health, if you are not feeling well or presenting with any symptoms I will happily reschedule your appointment for you.
Masks are Optional
Masks are no longer required however, if you are sneezing or coughing even if from allergies I will ask that you wear a mask and one will be provided for you. You may always request that I wear a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable.
